Edge introduces A Long Long Lunch, a new four-hour highlight comprising of heritage lunch and afternoon tea presentations on Saturdays. Featuring well-known hawker favourites, this meal concept is well-known by food-loving Singaporeans as “tunch”. Priced at $48, Edge features an extensive variety of 30 dishes featuring signature mains such as Homemade Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Nasi Lemak, Fried Carrot Cake and Satay.

In a culinary tribute to Singapore’s cultural traditions and heritage, guests may delight in this authentic and elevated tunch experience with treats such as Kaya Toast, Portuguese Egg Tarts, Ice Kachang, Mango Pomelo Short Cake and a selection of fragrant Durian-based desserts.
