Edge celebrates Administrative Professionals Week with an extensive selection of lunch highlights and an enhanced dessert selection.
Savour inspiring creations from seven live food stations including Chef’s specialty of Salt Crusted Seabass with Champagne Caviar Sauce, Charred Lemon and Soft Herbs. Dessert lovers can look forward to the locally inspired Pandan Panna Cotta with Gula Melaka Jello; lovely Mini Pink Red Velvet Cupcakes and Gluten-free Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownie for the health-conscious.
Other daily lunch signatures include Seafood on Ice, Sushi and Sashimi, Asian and Western Roasts including Chinese Roast Pork and Duck; Asian delights such as Satay, Laksa and Curries; as well as a la minute Pasta and Pizza.
