Presentations from different regions include freshly-shucked Oysters, Sushi and Sashimi, Alaskan King Crab and Salmon Tandoori. Guests looking to savour Western-style selections may enjoy Mediterranean Salt Baked Whole Salmon and Squid Ink Pasta.
